Terms of Service

By purchasing from Vaelith Market, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Digital Goods & Warranties

• Revokes: We do not provide warranties or replacements for Discord Nitro tokens, Spotify accounts or Social Boosts in the event of a "wave revoke".
• Account Credentials: If you modify the credentials (email, password, etc.) of a Full Access (FA) account, all replacement rights and warranties are immediately voided.
• Lifetime warranty applies where eligible.

2. Refunds & Replacements

• No refunds -- only replacements are provided.
• Supplier Issues: We act as an intermediary. If a third-party supplier fails to deliver or "scams," we reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests.
• Payment Processor Issues: In the event that our payment processor (e.g., PayPal) is restricted, blocked, or limited, the customer acknowledges that no refunds or replacements will be issued for pending or past transactions.
• Final Sale: All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you accept that you are not entitled to a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise by the administration.

3. Staff & Internal Policies

• Staff Conduct: No member of the staff is permitted to take payments. Before paying, please confirm with @sxpreme to verify the correct pay out address.
• Immunity Policy: The "Immunity Pack" is a one-time protection. If a staff member is banned for a second time, the immunity pack becomes invalid, and all associated privileges are revoked.

4. Acceptance of Terms

• Agreement: Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement to all the terms listed above. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
